With many years of experience in stress and crisis management, she has developed a simple and effective meditation technique “BREMS” in collaboration with health and professional professionals.
“BREMS” is a practical tool that anyone can learn to use in everyday life, and which helps create calm in the body and clarity in the brain.
For many, meditating can seem difficult. Especially at work. We all know that it’s good to be calm, but we don’t really “manage” it. Marie takes care of this challenge.

With a background as a serial entrepreneur and spiritual healer, Allan focuses on awareness as the central element of meditation. His chosen meditation style is Awareness Meditation. He believes that true meditation is about settling into a state of full presence, experiencing life in the moment, free from the distractions of past and future.
Allan offers Awareness Meditation, guided meditations, and workshops that help participants find inner calm and peace through the presence of awareness. Through his coaching and guidance, both in the business world and for private individuals, Allan seeks to inspire others to live in alignment with their true identity and to discover inner peace.

With a background as an Export Engineer and several positions in international sales, latest as Global Product Manager, Thomas knows from experience how stress and pressure are felt from the inside in a demanding organization. Charlotte is a trained lawyer, clairvoyant healer, and currently in training as an integral psychotherapist. With many hours of hands-on meditation practice, she has personally experienced the profound benefits of meditation.
She guides simple meditations, all inviting you to connect with yourself, your body, and the peace that can be found in stillness. Her approach is that meditation is for everyone, both those with an established spiritual practice and those who are completely new to it.
Rather than focusing on techniques or outcomes, Charlotte, together with Awareness Meditation, invites you to lean into a natural state of being. It is a practice where awareness itself is allowed to unfold, where stillness and pause are not a goal, but a home.

Katharina is a PhD in psychology, licensed psychologist, certified yin yoga teacher and reiki healer. She has facilitated groups in meditation, yoga and mindfulness for many years. She has helped participants reduce stress and discomfort and strengthen their connection to their body and be more present.
Katharina is passionate about making meditation down-to-earth, accessible and simple. She believes that meditation can look like many things and that everyone can learn to meditate. She quickly manages to create a safe space where all experiences are welcome, and she supports this inclusive approach by providing both a theoretical understanding and an experiential introduction to meditation.
Her approach to meditation is always rooted in the body, and when Katharina guides, she does so from the heart with warmth and authenticity.

Nana Cecilie Halmsted Kongsholm – Meditation and yoga teacher for WeBreathe
Nana is an experienced yoga and meditation teacher who specializes in using breathwork and meditation to reduce stress and promote wellbeing in high-pressure work environments and after long days at the desk.
With a PhD in philosophy and bioethics and ongoing research in mental health and wellbeing, Nana blends scientific knowledge with a deeply personal understanding of what helps people thrive; individually and in groups.
Drawing on her own experience of using yoga and meditation to navigate the demands of academia, Nana designs practices that calm both body and mind while strengthening team connection, and she brings empathy, authenticity, and genuine care for her students into every session.

Camilla facilitates meditations for businesses and digital platforms, helping people find stillness. Meditation is also a natural part of Camilla’s own life, giving her guidance a personal and authentic presence.
Her approach is gentle, inclusive, and open to everyone, regardless of experience. With a focus on guiding participants back to what they already are, she invites them into a state of awareness where mind and body grow quiet, and all that remains is being.

Simon Hünermund is an authorized psychologist and external lecturer with many years of experience in teaching and facilitating meditation. Simon has a background in neuropsychology which makes up solid theoretical understanding of how meditation works.
In different settings Simon has worked with meditation in conjunction with mental health promotion, performance enhancement, stress reduction, depressive symptoms and other contemplative practices.
Simon has an ability to explain psychological concepts and ideas related to meditation in a convincing, inspirational and easy-to-understand way. Hereby always making the topic of interest relevant to the context and to the recipients.
Simon offers meditation to many different groups and individuals, and each service will be tailored to the organisation in question.
