5. Storage and deletion 

The information we have registered about you in connection with purchases is stored for up to 5 years after the purchase in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act, unless it is necessary to store the data for a longer period.  

The information we have registered about you in connection with newsletters is stored until you no longer wish to receive newsletters from us, unless it is necessary to store the data for a longer period.  

The information we have registered about you in connection with subscriptions is stored for up to 5 years from termination in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act, unless it is necessary to store the data for a longer period.

6. Your rights 

Under the GDPR and the Danish Data Protection Act, you have a number of rights.

Right of access (Article 15) 

You have the right to access the personal data we process about you, as well as additional information. 

Right to rectification (Article 16) 

You have the right to have inaccurate personal data about you corrected. 

Right to erasure (Article 17) 

In special cases, you have the right to have data about you deleted before our general retention period expires. 

Right to restriction of processing (Article 18) 

In certain cases, you have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data. If you are entitled to restriction, we may only process the data – apart from storage – with your consent, or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims, or for the protection of a person or important public interests.  

Right to object (Article 21) 

In certain cases, you have the right to object to our lawful processing of your personal data. 

Right to data portability (Article 20) 

In certain cases, you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and to have this data transferred from one controller to another without hindrance.
